We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your product following the conditions detailed below.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request a return. After this period we are unable to accept the request.
Product Condition
To be accepted, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received:
- Unused, unopened, and with no signs of consumption.
- In its original packaging, with seals and labels intact.
- Accompanied by the proof of purchase or order number.
How to Request a Return
Contact us through our support channels (WhatsApp, email, or the help center) with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the address and the steps to ship the product back.
Refunds
Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the conditions, we will refund the price of the product using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund is processed within 10 business days of the return being approved.
Shipping Costs
The refund covers the price of the product only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. These costs are deducted or borne by the customer as applicable.
Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened, used, or whose safety seals are damaged, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged. In those cases, contact us and we will resolve the situation at no additional cost to you.
